Advisors and Experts

We consult regularly with a range of teachers and experts to ensure our list of musicians and subsequent resources link to the national curriculum, are diverse and representative in nature and meet the needs of our teachers and children by trialling content. Teachers and experts include: Azuraye Williams (Transform Trust Diversity Lead), Emma Thomas (PSHE & SMSC Lead at St. Mary's RC Primary) and Emilios Pavli - pictured (Music Lead at South Wilford C of E Primary). We are keen to adapt and improve the site so please contact us with further suggestions.

We cover classical composers, traditions and popular artists from every continent but have also woven the 9 protected characteristics of the Equality Act, 2010 in our list of studied musicians.
